Let's Chat Local is a Video Pal exchange programme for students and young adults in Los Angeles. 

Los Angeles is an enormous and diverse city where we don't all know each other.  Have your own cultural exchange right here in LA by signing up to be a Local Video Pal.

This is a program for people of all different abilities and cultures to meet each other and make lasting connections.
